We are looking for a motivated System Engineer – Full Stack with solid hands-on experience in ReactJS and Java/Spring Boot development. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn modern full-stack architecture, passionate about building performant and scalable applications, and ready to contribute in a collaborative agile environment.

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React.js for the front-end and Java/Spring Boot for the back-end.
• Build dynamic, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using React.js, React Hooks, and React Router.
• Design and implement reusable React components following component-driven architecture principles.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.
• Write unit and integration tests for React components using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Work with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) to design schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data persistence.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional interfaces.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and handle API responses effectively.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards.
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.

Front-End

• Strong knowledge of React.js (v16.8+ with Hooks).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS/LESS.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or Zustand).
• Understanding of React component lifecycle, virtual DOM, and rendering optimization.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, or Babel).
• Knowledge of UI frameworks (Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS).

• Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

  Back-End

• Strong knowledge of Java (8 or above).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
• Understanding of Microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimization.

• Understanding of ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).
  

  General

• Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Active, daily use of AI coding assistants (like Copilot, Claude, or Replit) to generate boilerplate code and accelerate daily tasks.

• Prompting & Context: Ability to articulate context clearly and provide precise instructions to AI agents, rather than relying on generic prompts.
  

  Good to Have Skills

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Exposure to Next.js or other React-based frameworks.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of containerization tools (Docker).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of Web Performance APIs and Lighthouse auditing.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Exposure to WebSockets or real-time communication.
