Job Description
:
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Full Stack Developer
to join a cross-functional Agile team focused on designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise digital services. The successful candidate will participate in the full software development lifecycle, including technical discovery, solution design, application development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Responsibilities include building scalable frontend and backend applications, developing RESTful APIs, working with relational databases, implementing automated unit and integration testing, and using Git for collaborative development. The role requires close collaboration with product owners, UX designers, architects, and other developers to deliver secure, high-quality, user-centric solutions while maintaining technical documentation and contributing to reusable components and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have strong experience with modern application frameworks, Agile methodologies, cloud platforms, and contemporary software engineering best practices, with the ability to deliver production-ready applications in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent education).
• 
  5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer delivering complex software solutions in Agile environments.
• 
  5+ years of experience using Git or other source control systems in collaborative software development.
• 
  3+ years of experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.
• 
  3+ years of experience working with relational databases and/or other database technologies.
• 
  3+ years of experience developing production applications using modern application frameworks.
• 
  Strong experience with frontend technologies (Angular, React, Vue.js, or equivalent).
• 
  Strong experience with backend technologies (.NET Core/C#, Node.js (NestJS/Express), Python (Django), or equivalent).
• 
  Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• 
  Ability to work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
• 
  Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and deploying full-stack applications.
• 
  Strong technical documentation and solution design skills.
• 
  Ability to collaborate with product owners, UX designers, researchers, and cross-functional teams.
• 
  Must be eligible to work within Canada and obtain required security clearances (Criminal Record Check and higher clearances if requested).
