Crear interfaces responsivas y de alto rendimiento (experiencia con TailAdmin es un plus).
Diseñar y administrar sistemas backend utilizando PostgreSQL (preferentemente mediante Supabase).
Integrar servicios de autenticación de terceros (por ejemplo, Clerk).
Trabajar con APIs RESTful y arquitecturas Full Stack.
Utilizar herramientas de desarrollo con agentes de IA y entornos de desarrollo modernos de manera efectiva.
Trabajar con LLMs e integrar APIs de Inteligencia Artificial en aplicaciones.
Aplicar buenas prácticas de escalabilidad, rendimiento y seguridad.
Inglés avanzado tanto escrito como verbal para colaboración nearshore.
Capacidad para participar en reuniones, documentar trabajo y comunicarse claramente con equipos distribuidos.
Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y pensamiento crítico.
