Full Stack Developer – React & AWS Who are we Fulcrum Digital is an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company providing digital transformation and technology services right from ideation to implementation. Role Overview Builds responsive, high-quality React front-ends for the underwriting platform, while supporting backend services and integrations using AWS and scripting technologies. Experience Profile 8–9 years of IT experience in React/full-stack development. Strong hands-on experience in React UI development , with exposure to backend development and cloud-based services. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, accessible and high-quality UI using React based on designs and requirements. Integrate React applications with backend, AI and REST APIs. Develop and support backend services using AWS Lambda, SQS, API Gateway and DynamoDB . Develop scripts and lightweight backend services using Node.js or Python . Manage application state, performance and API interactions. Write clean, testable and reusable code and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot application, API and integration issues across frontend and backend layers. Collaborate with the Tech Lead, Business Analyst and backend/AI developers. Onsite developer coordinates closely with the client and offshore counterpart. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS . Good understanding of React hooks, state management, reusable components and frontend performance . Experience with REST APIs and API integration . Working experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, API Gateway and DynamoDB . Scripting/backend development experience using Node.js or Python . Experience with component/unit testing and debugging. Good understanding of software development lifecycle, Git and code review practices. Preferred / Nice-to-have Experience with AWS serverless architecture . Design-system/component-library experience. Exposure to AI/ML service integration. Basic UX sensibility and accessibility awareness. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
