We're working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that is transforming how frontline teams operate through intuitive tech, habit-forming design, and smart AI features. They're looking for a mid to senior-level Full-Stack Developer to join their close-knit and high-impact tech team in Bangkok.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a global platform, contribute across the full stack, and help shape a product used by major clients in the service and hospitality sectors.
You'll take ownership of building robust, scalable features across the front and back end collaborating with product and senior tech stakeholders. If you're someone who enjoys shipping clean code, solving real-world problems, and contributing to a mission-driven team this one's for you.
Develop and enhance features across the full stack React frontend and Golang backend
Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to turn concepts into clean, functional code
Identify and fix bugs, edge cases, and performance issues
Contribute to DevOps tasks like deployment, releases, and maintaining internal tools
Participate in code reviews and continuously improve the codebase and developer experience
Based in Thailand with valid work authorization
4+ years of experience with React, and at least 2 years with Golang in production environments
Strong grasp of TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and React tooling (e.g., Redux, Webpack)
Comfortable working end-to-end across the stack and taking ownership of features
Strong communication skills in English
Bonus: QA mindset or strong attention to edge cases and detail
