Job Description


As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work across the stack to design, build, and maintain robust applications. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences and scalable backend systems.

Based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

➤ Develop and maintain backend services using NestJS (Node.js + TypeScript).

➤ Build cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.

➤ Design and implement REST / GraphQL APIs and integrate third-party services.

➤ Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the stack.

➤ Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD workflows.

➤ Collaborate in agile teams and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements


➤ 3+ years of experience in full stack development.

➤ Strong proficiency in TypeScript, NestJS, and Flutter.

➤ Experience with PostgreSQL, or other databases.

➤ Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools.

➤ Understanding of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth).

Nice-to-Haves

➤ Experience with GraphQL, Firebase, or Azure.

➤ Familiarity with state management in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).

➤ Exposure to microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
