Your key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance frontend and backend components using AI-assisted coding tools
• Translate requirements into working solutions using a combination of manual coding and AI-generated code
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate accurate, optimized and reusable code
• Validate, test and refactor AI-generated code to align with team coding standards and security guidelines
• Participate in code reviews, actively learning from feedback and improving code quality
• Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team of senior engineers
• Contribute to automation initiatives in network and service orchestration platforms
• Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks and AI capabilities relevant to the platform

Your skills and experience

• Core Development Skills
  • 2-3 years of intermediate level knowledge and working experience in:
    • Java / backend development (Spring framework)
    • REST APIs and microservices concepts
    • Frontend technologies (Angular / React / JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML/CSS)
  • Understanding of SQL / databases
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control
• AI & Modern Development Skills
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Gemini Code Assist etc.)
  • Strong ability in:
    • Prompt engineering for code generation
    • Debugging and refining AI-generated outputs
    • High attention to detail in validating AI-generated outputs
  • Ability to use AI tools for:
    • Code generation
    • Unit test creation
    • Code refactoring
    • Documentation generation
• Knowledge of engineering practices
  • Understanding of:
    • Agile/Scrum methodology
    • Basic testing concepts (unit tests, API testing, E2E testing)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
