• Backend APIs and background workers in .NET (8, 10), using MongoDB and MySQL, Redis for caching, Hangfire for scheduled/background jobs, and MediatR for CQRS-style request handling
• Feature UI in Nuxt 3 / Vue 3 (Composition API, Pinia) for our member-facing and partner-facing portals
• Occasional work in our React 18 + TypeScript LMS module (Redux Toolkit, React Router, Vite)
• Cross-service integrations — e.g., file uploads via our storage microservice, employee data sync with external HR systems
• Using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) as part of your daily workflow to scaffold, refactor, and ship features faster across our multi-service codebase
• Collaborating with product and design to turn compliance/legal requirements into clear, usable product features

Bằng cấp

• 3+ years of professional full-stack experience, comfortable owning a feature from database to browser
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET (or a similar strongly-typed backend language) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Vue or React (we use both across the product) and state management patterns (Pinia/Vuex/Redux)
• Working knowledge of MongoDB or another NoSQL/document database; comfortable with relational databases too
• Familiarity with REST API design, authentication (OAuth2/OIDC), and background job processing
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, and good judgment about when to lean on them and when to review their output critically
• Ability to work independently across a multi-service codebase and communicate tradeoffs clearly
• Bonus: experience with AWS (Lambda, SQS), Redis, or building in a regulated/compliance-heavy domain

Nice to Have

• Experience with SCORM/LMS content or e-learning platforms
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architecture (white-labeling, subdomain-based tenancy)
• Familiarity with Hangfire, MediatR, or other CQRS/mediator patterns in .NET
• Experience integrating AI/LLM features into a product (e.g., API-based completions, RAG, agentic workflows)
