At Teamtailor, we’re building the future of hiring.
We believe recruiting should feel inspiring, human, and brand-driven, not transactional. Today, thousands of companies use Teamtailor to attract, engage, and hire talent in a way candidates actually love.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Full-stack developer as part of a small team of highly driven experts that ships AI-driven web experiences. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to do some of the best work of their career. The work is closer to 'what can we get an LLM to do with this user's session data' and 'what's the smartest way to ship this Figma' than 'make this button click'.
Your main responsibility will be Teamtailor’s marketing website, making sure it is fast, reliable, well-crafted, easy to evolve and built to support our growth. You’ll also build the tools and AI-powered experiences that help our marketing team move faster and perform better.
Lead-gen tools – small, focused apps that solve one problem well and happen to capture intent
Dynamic site experiences where the page rewrites itself based on who's looking at it, using LLM calls against user/session data
API and MCP integrations to pull in whatever context makes the experience smarter
Mobile UX that doesn't feel like a desktop site squeezed sideways
Short cycles. We ship, measure, iterate. No 12-week projects. "We haven't done that before" isn't a reason to say no — it's usually the reason to try.
Next.js, React, Astro, vanilla JS where it makes sense, TypeScript, Tailwind. Pick your poison. We'd rather you have opinions about when not to reach for a framework than be a maximalist about any one of them. If half your side projects use tools that didn't exist last year, good.
You’re a builder first. You are a senior, self-driven key contributor, with the ambition to challenge conventions to create the next version of Teamtailor’s market web experience. We’re looking for someone with strong experience, or someone who has shown exceptional skill through projects, products or achievements that clearly stand out.
You like shipping things, experimenting, and figuring things out quickly. You’re curious about how AI is changing the web and excited about creating experiences that feel more adaptive, useful, and alive.
