Way of working Hybrid 2 days in office

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team developing network intelligence and management software for the telecommunications industry

You’ll work on a modern, long-lived product used in real-world networks, developing backend services in Java and building responsive, data-driven UIs with Angular

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain full-stack features
• Collaborate with the team on design and implementation decisions
• Implement well-defined features and technical tasks
• Troubleshoot and fix issues across backend and frontend components
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Contribute to code reviews and iterative delivery
• Work with and contribute to our CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security
• Familiarity with modern frontend development; experience with Angular is a plus
• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and client-server architecture
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Basic understanding of multithreading
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality
• Advanced written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Exposure to Spring WebFlux or reactive programming
• Experience with Elasticsearch or other NoSQL technologies
• Familiarity with Kafka
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (Ethernet, TCP/IP)
