We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to join our Product Development team.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development and be capable of designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing scalable web applications. The candidate will work closely with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, product, and other technology teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing applications.

Experience in healthcare applications, EMR/EHR systems, medical billing, insurance workflows, or healthcare technology will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and cross-browser-compatible frontend applications.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Implement business logic and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Develop efficient database structures, queries, indexes, transactions, and data-access layers.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, logging, and secure API practices.
• Write clean, reusable, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform unit, integration, functional, and regression testing.
• Debug and troubleshoot frontend, backend, database, API, and production issues.
• Optimize application performance, API response times, database queries, and frontend performance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Product, and other development teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and API documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to technical architecture, system design, scalability, and technology decisions.
• Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Support application deployment, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong experience developing both frontend and backend applications.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
• Strong programming experience in one or more backend technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, C#/.NET, Python, Node.js, or PHP
• Strong experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, state management, and application performance.
• Strong experience with SQL databases and database design.
• Experience with SQL query optimization, indexing, transactions, and database performance tuning.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, validation, logging, and error handling.
• Experience developing responsive and cross-browser-compatible web applications.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
• Strong knowledge of Git and version-control practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and production-support experience.
• Good understanding of web application security and secure coding practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Entity Framework, Hibernate, JPA, Sequelize, SQLAlchemy, or similar technologies

Testing:
Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, NUnit, pytest, or similar tools

Version Control:
Git, GitHub, GitLab

Containers & Cloud:
Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP

Caching:
Redis or similar technologies

Messaging:
RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies

Architecture:
Microservices, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture

Security:
OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC, Secure API Development, OWASP principles

Build & Package Tools:
npm, Maven, Gradle, or similar tools

API Documentation:
Swagger / OpenAPI

Healthcare Technology – Preferred

Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:
