The Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Soundtrack. Formally, you’ll be part of the Music Experience team — which has strong AI and machine learning expertise — but your day-to-day work will take place together with other parts of the organisation.

You will act as an internal consultant, embedded with our Growth, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to uncover untapped opportunities. Your goal is to identify where AI can move the needle, consult on the best path forward, and then build the tools to make it happen.

The role requires you to fluently communicate across different departments and expertises and quickly be able to grasp business and user problems.

The position is based in Stockholm and offers a unique mix of technical hands-on work and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between AI services and tools such as Dato, Google Analytics.

• Design and implement APIs and backend components that connect AI systems with internal tools.

• Work closely with technical and non-technical users to understand their workflows and pain points.

• Test, iterate and refine solutions to ensure real impact and usability.

• Share knowledge and contribute to Soundtrack’s overall AI enablement strategy.

About You

Requirements

You should feel comfortable working across the stack — writing React components on the frontend and Python-based APIs on the backend.

• Professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (2 years or more), with hands-on work in both frontend and backend

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (React) or similar frameworks

• Experience building and integrating APIs

• Comfortable with Git and modern development tools

• Strong communication skills and ability to translate user needs into technical solutions

Beneficial Requirements

• Experience integrating AI/LLM systems (e.g. ADK, LangChain, Vertex AI etc.)

• Understanding of prompt engineering and model tuning

• Experience with cloud or container-based deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Interest in music, music tech or AI-driven applications

• Experience with CI/CD workflows
