RUN Studios is seeking a Full Stack Developer to lead the redevelopment of our internal resource booking platform. This role will focus on modernizing legacy systems, improving architecture scalability, and building a new booking solution that seamlessly integrates Paycom and Monday.com via API-driven workflows. You’ll work across the full stack to optimize performance, refactor existing codebases, and implement robust, maintainable solutions that support automation and real-time data synchronization across platforms.
This is an anticipated 6-month contract role requiring on-site availability in Seattle to support collaboration with internal stakeholders.
As a Full Stack Developer, You Will
Rebuild, maintain, and enhance web applications hosted on Monday.com
Investigate application failures, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes
Document application architecture, workflows, and program logic
Recommend tooling, resourcing, and best practices for optimizing web application usage
Support related technical initiatives and ad hoc development needs
As an Applicant, You Bring
6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack, Web or Applications Developer
1+ year of experience working with Monday.com or comparable SaaS platforms
Strong understanding of API integrations, including pulling data from external services, transforming it, and pushing it to third-party systems (e.g., Monday.com, Paycom)
Proficiency in JavaScript and Python
Experience with ReactJS and Node.js frameworks
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Jira, and Agile development practices
Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated problem-solving and technical decision-making skills
Experience migrating or modernizing enterprise applications in cloud environments
Bonus if You Have
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Pipedream or Zapier
Deeper experience configuring and extending Monday.com integrations and automations

Compensation
Pay Range: $118,000 - $133,000 (Salary)
The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
