Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.Work you’ll do/Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software solutions in an agile environment, applying deep experience delivering production-ready applications.Build and support cloud applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and RDS or DynamoDB.Develop application components using modern languages and frameworks, including Python, Java, Angular, and Go.Apply authentication and security best practices, including OAuth and Okta integrations.Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions, and use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.Explore AI development platforms such as AWS Bedrock and Microsoft Copilot Studio, and apply cloud monitoring practices to support application reliability.The Team Join our AI & Engineering team in transforming technology platforms, driving innovation, and helping make a significant impact on our clients' success. Our flexible delivery models—traditional teams, pools, or pods—are tailored to each client’s needs, offering engineering-led advisory, implementation, and operational capabilities to accelerate innovation.Qualifications Required 6+ years of experience delivering software solutions in an Agile environment.Experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS, Step Functions, IAM, Glue, Athena, or Redshift.Programming experience in Python and Java.Experience with authentication and security practices, as well as CI/CD workflows such as GitHub Actions.Experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code; AI development platforms, such as AWS Bedrock or Microsoft Copilot Studio; and cloud monitoring practices.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $188,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
