Job Description

At ENGIE, we believe technology is a powerful lever for the energy transition. Within our Global Business Services (GBS) division, we build the digital platforms and automation solutions that keep our IT services running at their best.

As a Full Stack Developer in our Tooling & Automation team, you design and deliver solutions that directly improve the reliability and performance of Group IT services. Your work drives real transformation — across cloud environments, DevOps practices, and intelligent automation.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop automation solutions using C#/.NET, Angular, PowerShell, and Python across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
  • Develop web applications, API integrations, and serverless functions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Ensure platform availability and provide N3 support on complex incidents, contributing to MTTR reduction.
  • Deploy monitoring and observability solutions using Application Insights, Log Analytics, and KQL.
  • Integrate security by design through IAM, RBAC, Zero Trust principles, and federated credentials.
  • Contribute to POCs in intelligent automation and AIOps, and support the continuous evolution of the platform.

What You Bring

  • Master's degree in IT or Engineering, with 5 to 10+ years of experience in automation, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and Angular, with hands-on experience in TypeScript, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
  • Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools, including Terraform and Bicep or ARM templates.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services, cloud-native architecture, and identity management via Active Directory or Entra ID.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and a good understanding of ITIL best practices.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; French is appreciated.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a genuine drive to challenge and improve existing practices.

Hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with flexible remote working.

What We Offer

  • A stimulating technical environment where your expertise shapes the Group's IT transformation roadmap.
  • A diverse range of missions spanning software development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and applied AI.
  • A friendly, international team culture built on knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and continuous learning.
  • Real flexibility and work-life balance through a hybrid working model adapted to your needs.
  • Career growth opportunities within a global organization undergoing deep technological transformation.
  • Preferred certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, SC-300, or HashiCorp Terraform Associate are supported and valued.

Only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
