Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise software applications. This role will support the full software development lifecycle and requires strong experience with Java, Angular, web services, databases, CI/CD, and DevOps technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing both front-end and back-end solutions in Agile environments and be comfortable working with distributed teams, cloud technologies, and complex enterprise systems.

What will you do?

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack software applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Analyze user and business requirements and translate them into technical designs and software solutions.
• Develop backend applications and services using Java.
• Design and develop modern front-end applications using Angular.
• Develop and integrate REST and SOAP web services.
• Design application interfaces and integrate applications with enterprise databases using JDBC, ODBC, and direct database interfaces.
• Develop technical models, diagrams, and documentation to support application design and development.
• Translate formal and informal system requirements into complex application interfaces and functionality.
• Perform code reviews, peer reviews, unit testing, and other software quality assurance activities.
• Support continuous integration, automated testing, and DevOps processes.
• Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize Git and Jenkins for source control, build automation, and software delivery.
• Develop and support applications within Linux environments.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, analysts, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and deliver software capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and analysts as needed.
• Support multiple programs or technical initiatives as a subject matter resource when required.
• Research emerging technologies and development practices to maintain current technical knowledge and industry standards.

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Strong professional experience with Java application development.
• Hands-on experience developing front-end applications using Angular.
• Experience working on Scrum teams within a Lean Agile environment.
• Experience with Git and Jenkins.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing web services.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs/web services.
• Experience with continuous integration, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Experience performing code reviews, peer reviews, and software quality assurance activities.
• Experience developing and supporting applications in Linux environments.
• Experience translating customer, business, and system requirements into application designs and technical solutions.
• Knowledge of database connectivity technologies, including JDBC, ODBC, and/or direct database interfaces.
• Ability to develop and implement solutions while working within a geographically dispersed or distributed development team.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
