Global Solutions Office is a unique team of technologists that work closely with business partners to increase productivity of our front office through simplification, automation and risk mitigation. We leverage FIL-approved technologies to automate workflow, standardize process and reduce risk. Our team owns the design, implementation and support for all our solutions - our autonomy is a key differentiator. Solutions Office capabilities include Digitization for intake, data integration, document generation and automating integration with back-office systems. As an experienced Full-Stack Developer, you will be involved in the full software development and delivery lifecycle. This includes collaborating closely with stakeholders to design and implement complex business logic using the Spring Boot Java framework, business flow engines, and ReactJS. You will adhere to established processes, technical standards, and security guidelines, ensuring rapid delivery with exceptional quality.
The position is for an experienced Full-Stack Developer, The candidate should be an expert in full stack software development technologies. The candidate should be able to deliver complex business logic using different technical solutions.
This is a hands-on role and you will be expected to provide technical oversight and guidance to the process and solution regarding how we engage/design/develop/test/deploy during the delivery lifecycle. You will also work closely with the Technical Manager to create and maintain a prioritized development roadmap.
