To be successful as Full stack Developer you should possess:
Led/Contributed to end-to-end DevOps setup for microservices-based applications, ensuring secure, scalable, and automated delivery across environments.
Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Java Spring Boot Strong understanding of Spring Framework (e.g., Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Batch).
Experience in integrating frontend applications with backend services via REST APIs. Familiarity with API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman).
Hands-on experience with Angular/React.
Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using GitLab, including build, test, and deployment automation across environments.
Strong understanding of GitLab pipeline architecture, including YAML-based pipeline configuration, branching strategies, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
Experience in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring of microservices-based applications.
Practical exposure to OpenShift platform for container deployment, managing clusters, and application lifecycle across environments.
Experience working on AWS cloud services, including deployment of applications, infrastructure provisioning, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated deployments, and environment provisioning.
Familiarity with container-based deployment strategies, including image building, registry management, and multi-environment rollout
Strong understanding of DevOps principles, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, monitoring, and release management.
API Integration: Integrate with third-party systems and services via REST APIs, and ensure seamless communication between frontend, backend, and external systems.
Testing and Debugging - Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability, Debug and resolve issues across the stack (frontend, backend, database).
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with Kafka or other message brokers for event-driven communication
Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
