The Role:
Minute Media is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to play a key role in building and optimizing our in-house Video Management System (VMS) and the cutting-edge video player it powers, serving both B2B and B2C products. As part of a dedicated and passionate team, you'll build scalable backend services and high-performance frontend experiences that drive video delivery, user engagement, and monetization — working across the whole stack, from the APIs and tooling behind the scenes to the playback experience users see.
On our team, the backend is written in Go and the frontend in vanilla JavaScript and React.
AI tools (Claude, AI coding assistants, etc.) are an integral part of our development process. We are looking for a strong developer who's made these tools part of their workflow, using them to move faster while owning the thinking and the quality of what ships.
