Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in application architecture and database-driven systems. This role is pivotal in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that support ALTOUR’s enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong command of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and architectural best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications with attention to database performance, scalability, and security.
  • Design and implement data models, stored procedures, and optimized queries using SQL Server and Entity Framework.
  • Work with infrastructure and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment practices.
  • Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to development of workflow standards.
  • Build and maintain direct integration to back office systems. Invoicing production and distribution systems, Supplier management with CMS, etc.
  • Develop reports and dashboards on the Azure BI platform using SQL, Talend, Power BI, and SSIS for management accounting and audit reporting.
  • Create custom data handoff and client integrations.
  • Support data quality tooling and data-management processes.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with emphasis on .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server.
  • Experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices, session management, and data protection.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Jira for source control and task management.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Blazor, Maui, React, Angular
  • Proficient in C#, .NET
  • API Development knowledge – RESTful services, GraphQL, secure endpoint design
  • Knowledge of middleware integration – handling business logic and service orchestration
  • Database expertise – SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Applications requiring internationalization and localization.
  • Experience developing web based interactive visualization tools and dashboards for the real-time data
  • High availability architectures / load balancing and fail-over.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), including database migration and DR planning.
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and collaboration with Infosec teams.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Loop, and Teams channels.
  • AI/ML Integration – Streamlit, Python, Snowflake for data-driven applications
  • Security Practices – authentication, authorization, and data protection.
  • UX/UI Awareness – understanding user experience principles and accessibility
  • Travel Industry knowledge would be a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally (verbally and in writing) as appropriate for the needs of the audience.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.

This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
