The Field Collaboration Group focuses on building technology solutions that streamline communication, collaboration, and operational efficiency for homebuilding and construction-related workflows. The team develops scalable platforms and tools that help internal stakeholders, field teams, and customers collaborate effectively across multiple stages of the homebuilding lifecycle. The division emphasizes innovation, automation, modern cloud-based technologies, and user-centric application development to enhance productivity and business outcomes.
The Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET andReactto join our Field Collaboration Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and enterprise-grade solutions that support business operations and field collaboration initiatives.
This role requires hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional agile teams. The candidate should be comfortable working with modern development frameworks, APIs, cloud technologies, and CI/CD practices.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using .NET technologies andReact
Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core and C#.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, bugs, and production issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following development best practices.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud-based solutions.
Continuouslyresearch and recommend improvements in technologies, tools, and development practices.
Technical Skills
Required Skills
Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET Core/.NET Framework
Proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
Experience with SQL Server and database design concepts
Familiarity with Entity Framework and ORM technologies
Experience with Git/version control systems
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices
Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles
Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure cloud services
Familiarity with Docker and containerization
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of Redux or other state management libraries
Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated testing
Exposure to distributed systems and scalable application architecture
Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Experience working in enterprise or product-based environments is preferred
