About the team:

Development Online vision is to build and run the eCommerce Platform offering the whole range of eCommerce APIs to easily integrate with the product world of our client. This paves the way for faster Solutions, new Marketing Channels and Innovation.

Our purpose is to serve and enable our internal teams of software development specialists to bring their products online and to offer the best customer experience.

As a Fullstack Developer in Online Shop Romania team your primary responsibility will be to implement frontend and backend functionalities for our Shop Services.

Main responsibilities:

• Contribute to projects that have as scope further development and maintenance of existing microservices based on Java 8/11, Spring, WebComponents and Micro-Services / Micro-Frontends;
• Be in charge of conceptual design, implementation, unit and integration testing of the new Micro-Services / Micro-Frontends;
• Assume ownership of the whole development lifecycle;
• Work in a distributed team.

We appreciate:

• We are currently looking for a colleague who has experience with some of the following:
• Good experience with Spring (Spring Boot, WebFlux, Redis) and/or Java EE;
• CMS related experience would be a plus;
• Good experience with REST-API, Maven, Gradle;
• Good experience with modern JavaScript and frontend development (i.e. React, WebComponents);
• Unit- and Integration tests with JUnit / Cucumber experience;
• SQL DBs knowledge, ideally PostgreSQL;
• Strong understanding of data structures, design patterns, concurrency, and scalability;
• Docker, Kubernetes experience would be a plus;
• Highly motivated, self-driven and interested in new scripting languages, frameworks and technologies;
• Deadline and detail-oriented;
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
