Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, aligning with our business requirements.
  • Participate in software development, including coding, testing, and implementation, using various programming languages.
  • Maintain and enhance our existing software systems.
  • Implement and test new systems, and conduct training sessions for users.
  • Manage automated data imports from external sources and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop detailed, accurate reports utilizing SQL Service Reporting Services.
  • Administer and maintain the smooth operation of our current systems, including hardware management and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with defined project requirements and collaborate on group projects.
  • Uphold high standards for quality and timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills

Deep understanding of IT systems, encompassing both software and hardware components.

Ability to effectively analyse and interpret systems and processes.

Competence in data management across various formats.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

Strong mathematical and technical documentation capabilities.

Programming experience, particularly in Python, JavaScript, or VBA.

Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.

Willingness to learn and develop skills for legacy systems.

Due to the staffing shortage and having worked with the home office in employing staff to the UK and Northern Ireland, we are prolific with the Policies and Procedures around ensuring all systems are put in place for permanent staff.

What we will do:

* We can help to set you up with the Home Office for a licence.

* Full Employment checks, DBS, checks, vetting interviews recorded, etc.

* Source candidates locally and Globally for all positions

* Assist with Home Office complexities offering step by step process from Door-to-Door employment

* Provide full Vetting, Interviews, Health questionnaires, Contracts, offer letters, and reference requests to take the pressure away and let you focus on the main element of running your business and supplying permanent staff to ensure continuity of employment and a happier workforce.

* We also offer Business planning tools.

We will manage the candidate onboarding until arrival in the UK and will arrange NMC App Fee, CTB, Medical EXAMINATION, TB Test, Travel insurance, and Training.

We have offices in Tyrone, London, Nigeria, Dubai, and the Philippines and have an extensive wealth of knowledge in International Recruitment.
