The Division:
CSST SoftwareLLC is a leading provider of intuitive tracking software. With over 100 years of combined experience, the team specializes in working with Community Action Agencies, multi-service nonprofits, and local governments. The state-of-the-artweb-based software,empowOR, offers comprehensive client and case management solutions, allowing agencies to streamline daily operations and customize programs to meet specific needs.
The Position:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who willparticipatein the full development lifecycle and will personally fix bugs, performance issues, and develop enhancements to assigned Code baseline written in Angular, C# and .NET Core with a MS SQL Database. Develop clean, secure,scalableand performant code for new features thatmeetsourcustomersneeds.
The selected candidate will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.
Key Responsibilities:
Activelyparticipatein full development lifecycle - clarifying system requirements, develop end-to-end solutions, including design, planning (story point estimates), development, testing, deployment, and support
Develop responsive front-end interfaces, using modern web standards with a focus on usability and access from multiple platforms and devices
Develop back-endserver sidecomponents, including configuration and deployment on server platforms
Write andoptimizeSQL Queries andutilizingLINQ to enhance system performance and provide greater access to data for our customers
Ability to manage your workload to meet the goals provided
Debugging and troubleshooting system issues
Understand existing code structure and purposein order toappropriately make updates
Ensure urgent tasks are completed withinappropriate timeframes
Work independently on a product team to evolve and enhance our core software products for our non-profit customers
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or related field and/or equivalent practical experience with at least 3 - 4 years of experience working in a professional environment
At least 3 years’ Practical Development Experience
Requiredexpertisewith modern web development techniques and technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, Visual Basics/Web Forms
Requiredexpertisewith the following server-side technologies and platforms: ASP.NET - (C# or VB.NET), MSSQL, IIS. Bonus Points for experience developing in Azure
Visual Studio experience; Git experience
Ability to work independently and productively toaccomplishtasks assigned
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methods for securing personal data.
Must have excellent communication skills, be able toactcollaborative team member and analytical skills.
