Job Description

• Development and maintenance of our web applications with React.js and Next.js
• Conception and implementation of new features in both the frontend and backend
• Optimization of existing systems for performance, scalability and security
• Collaborating with designers and other developers to create user-friendly and efficient applications
• Overseeing API development and integration
• Ensuring code quality and best practices through code reviews and testing
• Continuous evaluation and implementation of new technologies and best practices

• Several years of professional experience as a full stack developer or in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of React.js and Next.js
• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend technologies
• Experience in backend development, ideally with Node.js or other server-side frameworks
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure)
• An eye for clean, maintainable code and experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, Mocha)
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
• Experience with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines and agile development methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Independent and structured way of working as well as a high willingness to learn
• Good communication skills in German and/or English
