💻 Full Stack Developer | Build the Future of Web and Live Event Technology!

📍 Location: Orlando, FL | 💰 Salary: $66,161 to $79,712/year

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can elevate our web ecosystem and contribute to internal R and D projects that use cloud infrastructure and real time data to transform how we understand audience engagement. This role combines modern web development with exciting opportunities to build new tools that support the future of live events.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Web Development Excellence

✅ Maintain and enhance a unified web ecosystem built with Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Sanity CMS.
✅ Collaborate with marketing and design to evolve our shared design system and component based page builder.
✅ Manage deployments and environments in Vercel with a strong focus on performance and accessibility.
✅ Use GitHub workflows, pull requests, and CI and CD pipelines to ensure clean, maintainable code.
✅ Support a monorepo architecture using Turborepo and pnpm workspaces.

Emerging Technology & Innovation

✅ Contribute to internal R and D projects that use cloud services and real time data to evaluate audience engagement and improve event performance.
✅ Work with AWS services and serverless functions to support internal dashboards and data processing.
✅ Integrate camera, sensor, or video based data sources into web apps and UI components.
✅ Assist with prototyping and testing new tools that help leadership better understand audience behavior and event impact.

⭐ What We’re Looking For

✔️ Three or More Years of Full Stack Experience
Strong background in building scalable, modern applications.

✔️ Technical Proficiency
Next.js, React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Sanity CMS.

✔️ Deployment Experience
Familiarity with Vercel or similar cloud hosting platforms.

✔️ AWS Knowledge
Experience with Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and serverless functions.

✔️ API & Data Skills
Authentication, API creation, and data visualization experience.

✔️ Version Control Mastery
Comfortable working with GitHub, structured workflows, and monorepo environments.

✔️ Bonus Skills
Experience with video streaming, IoT devices, or real time analytics.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

🔹 Base Salary Range: $66,161 to $79,712/year
