Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the entire stack.
• Create responsive, intuitive, and secure user interfaces.
• Develop and integrate APIs that enable seamless communication between systems.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver the most important features for customers.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure platform reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. 
• Tackle complex technical challenges with persistence and creativity, ensuring reliable and high-performance solutions.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of new frameworks, tools, and practices, and share your ideas with the team to improve collective expertise.
• Encourage improvements in architecture, performance, and usability by proposing new ideas that take the Spartakus APM platform to the next level.

Required skills

• University degree in computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in web programming.
• Advanced experience and knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Advanced experience and knowledge of GitHub, PHP, and React JS.
• Experience with Symfony and REST API is an asset.
• Knowledge of software architecture/infrastructure is an asset.
• Knowledge of the Linux environment is an asset.
• Knowledge of mobile development (iOS, Android) is an asset.
• Passion for creating high-quality web solutions and solving problems until the right solution is found.
• Initiative and ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Commitment to designing intuitive user experiences that directly improve customer outcomes.
• Creativity in proposing new approaches and pushing the boundaries of web development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic start-up environment.
