Job Description

About the Role:

Morae Global is seeking an experienced Full Stack Configurator with hands-on expertise in ShareDo or similar workflow and automation platforms. In this role, you will work closely with internal delivery teams and external clients to design, configure, and implement scalable solutions, including workflow automation, document generation, client portals, and reporting tools.

Location: Observatory, Cape Town

Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Remote work is not available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customise, and optimise workflows for case and matter management
  • Build and maintain advanced document automation templates using Microsoft Word
  • Develop client portals and enable real-time collaboration features
  • Design relational data models, schemas, and dynamic forms
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Integrate SaaS and on-premise systems using APIs
  • Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects

Key Platform Capabilities:

  • Workflow configuration using BPMN visual engines
  • Document generation and automation
  • Dashboards, analytics, and reporting
  • Integration with ShareDo, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology or Business Technology
  • OR a qualification in Law, Accounting, or a related field with demonstrated technology project experience

Must-Have Experience:

  • Experience working with SaaS platforms or solution configuration tools
  • Strong document automation experience using Microsoft Word
  • Experience with workflow configuration tools (e.g. Nintex, K2, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
  • Solid understanding of object modelling and relational data concepts
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Consulting background (e.g. KPMG, EY, or similar)
  • DocuSign and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system integrations
  • JavaScript and/or C# development experience
  • CRM or Document Management System (DMS) integrations
  • Experience within the legal, insurance, or conveyancing sectors
