Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end business intelligence solutions that transform raw organizational data into trusted, actionable insights. This role spans the full BI lifecycle, including data modeling, ETL/ELT engineering, semantic modeling, report development, automation, and deployment. This person will partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and application teams to deliver scalable, high-performing BI products that support data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain dimensional models (star/snowflake) for analytics and reporting.
- Build scalable data warehouse structures, including fact tables, dimension tables, and subject area marts.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using T-SQL, stored procedures, dataflows, or integration tools (SSIS, Fabric Data Pipelines, ADF, depending on environment).
- Integrate data from on-prem systems (ERP, CRM, operational DBs, APIs) and cloud sources.
- Build advanced, interactive Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and analytic datasets.
- Implement DAX calculations, metrics layers, and semantic models that scale across the organization.
- Understand business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver complete BI solutions.
- Create reusable components, templates, and standardized BI frameworks.

Qualifications
- B. S. degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent formal and practical training
- 3–7+ years’ experience in BI development, analytics engineering, or SQL-based data warehousing.
