About the role

Our client is a technology-driven consumer healthcare navigation and care coordination company that delivers scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions across multiple industries. By focusing on digital transformation, they provide an unparalleled experience for members and deliver validated claims savings and high satisfaction rates for self-insured employer clients.

In this role, you will contribute to developing a next-generation, case-based care management platform. This solution is designed to simplify care coordination, enhance clinical outcomes, and leverage condition-specific assessments to deliver truly personalized care.

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend services using C# and .NET

• Take ownership of technical decisions and guide the team on best practices and architecture

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across the codebase

• Review code, provide feedback, and mentor developers in the team

• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, Data and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Contribute to system design discussions, ensuring alignment across components and services

• Help the team navigate challenges and remove technical blockers
  

Requirements

• Strong experience with C#, .NET (Core / .NET 6+)

• Proven experience in a Tech Lead or senior-level role, guiding teams and making technical decisions

• Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles

• Experience building and working with RESTful APIs and distributed systems with ASP.NET Core

• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (e.g. GitHub Actions)

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Strong English communication skills
  

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend frameworks (Vue.js is a strong plus)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform

• Understanding of security best practices in distributed systems
