In this role, you will contribute to developing a next-generation, case-based care management platform. This solution is designed to simplify care coordination, enhance clinical outcomes, and leverage condition-specific assessments to deliver truly personalized care.
Lead the design and development of scalable backend services using C# and .NET
Take ownership of technical decisions and guide the team on best practices and architecture
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across the codebase
Review code, provide feedback, and mentor developers in the team
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, Data and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Contribute to system design discussions, ensuring alignment across components and services
Help the team navigate challenges and remove technical blockers
Strong experience with C#, .NET (Core / .NET 6+)
Proven experience in a Tech Lead or senior-level role, guiding teams and making technical decisions
Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
Experience building and working with RESTful APIs and distributed systems with ASP.NET Core
Strong knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (e.g. GitHub Actions)
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong English communication skills
Experience with frontend frameworks (Vue.js is a strong plus)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
Experience with microservices architecture
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform
Understanding of security best practices in distributed systems
