What You Will Do

• Design and implement full-stack solutions using Python, TypeScript, and React to enhance product functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop machine learning models and integrate them into applications.
• Utilize Langchain and Terraform for efficient infrastructure management and deployment processes.
• Optimize database performance and data retrieval using PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch.
• Contribute to the development of LangGraph and dbt for data transformation and analytics.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze user feedback and system performance metrics to iterate on product features and enhance overall user satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Python and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks, particularly React, and back-end technologies including PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch.
• Experience with machine learning concepts and tools, particularly Langchain.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred

• Experience with data analytics tools and frameworks, such as dbt.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and best practices.
• Exposure to the AI industry and understanding of its trends and challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $160K to $210K, accompanied by a competitive equity package. Our client offers a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and innovation.
