👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer / AI Technical Lead with strong expertise in Generative AI, RAG architecture, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and full-stack development.

You will design and build production-grade AI solutions, including document processing, hybrid/vector search, AI orchestration, backend services, APIs, validation frameworks, and enterprise workflows.

This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates based outside the Philippines with a 1-year project engagement and alignment to Manila business hours.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering and AI/ML development.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise-grade, scalable, secure AI solutions in production.
• Deep expertise in RAG, vector search, hybrid retrieval, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, and Generative AI.
• Strong hands-on development skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js/NestJS, and React.
• Experience with Azure cloud-native development, particularly Azure Container Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Microsoft Foundry.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligent Document Processing, document layout parsing, structure-aware chunking, and text extraction.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate integrations.
• Experience with AI evaluation, structured output validation, citation validation, telemetry, and monitoring.

Nice to Have

• Experience as an AI Technical Lead / Data Science Lead.
• Research publications in computer vision, NLP, OCR, neural networks, or text recognition.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Previous experience working with large enterprise Microsoft Azure/Power Platform environments.

💼How can you contribute to the team?

Key Responsibilities

• Build structure-aware document processing pipelines using Azure AI Document Intelligence for PDF/DOCX and page-level citations.
• Design RAG, hybrid keyword/vector retrieval, and enterprise search using Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, and embeddings.
• Develop cloud-native services using Azure Container Apps, Azure Service Bus, Key Vault, and Microsoft Foundry.
• Build backend APIs and asynchronous workers using Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js/NestJS and modern web frameworks such as React.
• Develop AI prompt templates, structured JSON outputs, evaluation harnesses, and citation/schema validation.
• Design Dataverse data models and integrate AI solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Implement security, identity, monitoring, and observability using Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Optimize AI solution performance, throughput, token usage, reliability, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with product owners, domain specialists, and cross-functional technical teams.

Work Setup: Remote

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time (must align with the client's business calendar and holidays)

Employment Type: Project-based (1-year project engagement, subject to extension)
