Your Role

• Harness your expertise in full stack AI development and cloud engineering to design, build, and maintain end-to-end applications and the infrastructure they run on.

• Develop and maintain relationships with a broad range of clients, colleagues, and partners across a variety of contexts and formats.
• Invest continuously in building and extending your knowledge and skills.

Your Background

• At least 3–7 years of relevant working experience in software engineering, full stack development, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade full-stack applications, including AI/GenAI workloads.
• Experience integrating LLMs, RAG, AI agents or agentic workflows into user-facing applications.
• Proven track record in full stack fundamentals: at least one backend language (Java, Python, or similar), one modern JavaScript framework, API design, and relational data modelling.
• Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
• At least 3 years of implementation experience with CI/CD, containerisation, Infrastructure as Code, code version control and automated testing.
• Experience working with transactional databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integrating AI services into applications.
• Pro-active, curious personality with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Good English communication skills, ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Application Development

• Hands-on experience building and running production web applications end to end.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Quarkus, FastAPI, Node.js, or React.
• API design and integration, including REST, GraphQL, and messaging patterns.

Cloud & DevSecOps

• DevOps practices including containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and automated testing.
• CI/CD pipeline design with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins, applying GitOps practices.
• Secure-by-design practices across application and infrastructure layers, including identity and access management, secrets management, and least-privilege design.
• Strong focus on code quality, system reliability, and observability (monitoring, logging, alerting).
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, CKAD) are a plus.

Client Delivery & Support

• Experience acting as a technical point of contact for system issues, coordinating with clients and operations teams.
• Ability to produce technical and non-technical user documentation.
• Experience with financial services or public sector clients is a plus.
