Our client is a software company serving industrial customers.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Build full-stack AI agents and product features for complex operational workflows, from user interface through integrations and deployment.

What you'll do

• Develop AI agents for quoting, pricing, and related commercial workflows.
• Own features across TypeScript, React, Next.js, and backend integrations.
• Connect applications to enterprise resource planning systems.
• Build deployments that meet European data-residency and privacy needs.
• Use customer feedback and hands-on AI experimentation to improve the product.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 1 to 3 years of professional full-stack product engineering experience, with substantive work after graduation.
• Experience building or deeply integrating AI systems beyond basic chatbot use.
• Strong TypeScript and React skills.
• Experience shipping products used by real customers and building with agent orchestration frameworks.
• Active experimentation with new AI tools and development techniques.
• Current Bay Area residence and ability to work onsite in San Francisco.

Bonus points

• Next.js experience.
• Experience with enterprise integrations or data-residency requirements.

Benefits

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: USD 150,000 to 200,000 per year.
• Equity: 0.5-1%.

Location and work model

• Five days per week onsite in San Francisco. The current search is limited to candidates already living in the Bay Area; relocation candidates are not being considered.
