Full Line Sales Representative

What will you be doing?

The Full Line Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and providing technical support across the Trauma, Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine portfolio within an assigned territory. This individual partners with surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to develop strong customer relationships while delivering solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving or exceeding territory sales objectives and market share goals.
• Developing and executing territory business plans to drive revenue growth.
• Building and maintaining relationships with orthopedic surgeons, clinical staff, administrators, and key decision makers.
• Providing intraoperative support and product expertise during surgical procedures.
• Conducting product evaluations, demonstrations, and customer education programs.
• Managing inventory and ensuring product availability to support customer needs.
• Collaborating with teammates to support a 24/7 on-call case coverage model.
• Maintaining deep technical knowledge across the Trauma, Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine portfolios.
• Identifying competitive threats and developing strategies to grow market share.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior medical device, healthcare, orthopedic, or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of sales success, territory growth, and customer relationship management.
• Experience supporting operating room environments preferred.

Travel Requirements

• Significant local travel within the assigned territory.
• Occasional overnight travel for meetings, training programs, and national sales events.
• Valid driver's license required.

Additional Requirements

All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete credentialing requirements, which may include customer-specific vaccination, screening, and compliance requirements.
