This is a contractual role.
Are you passionate about connecting talented people with meaningful careers? At Amazon, our recruiting team plays a critical role in shaping the future of the company by identifying and hiring exceptional talent across a wide range of roles. As a Full Lifecycle Recruiter I, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process — from sourcing and engaging candidates to preparing them for interviews and closing offers. You will partner with hiring teams to understand their needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive experience for every person who interacts with Amazon during the hiring process.
This is a role for someone who is curious, resourceful, and motivated by the challenge of finding the right person for the right opportunity. You will use data-driven sourcing strategies, creative outreach methods, and your growing knowledge of Amazon's culture to attract qualified candidates efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships with both candidates and internal partners, we want to hear from you.
Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
You will start your morning reviewing your candidate pipeline, following up with prospects, and scheduling pre-screen calls. Throughout the day, you will connect with candidates to learn about their backgrounds, walk them through what to expect from Amazon's interview process, and help them put their best foot forward. You will also join intake meetings with hiring managers, collaborate with your recruiting team on sourcing strategies, and update candidate records to keep your data clean and actionable.
About the team
Our recruiting team is dedicated to delivering an outstanding hiring experience for candidates and internal partners alike. We work collaboratively to meet hiring goals while continuously improving our processes and tools. Whether you are refining a sourcing strategy or coaching a candidate through an offer, you will be part of a supportive team that values growth, creativity, and accountability. We are focused on building an inclusive hiring culture and are excited to welcome new team members who share that commitment.
Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit https://amazon.jobs/content/en/how-we-hire/accommodations for more information. If the country/region you’re applying in isn’t listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.

Amazon is guided by four principles: customer obsession rather than competitor focus, passion for invention, commitment to operational excellence, and long-term thinking. We are driven by the excitement of building technologies, inventing products, and providing services that change lives. We embrace new ways of doing things, make decisions quickly, and are not afraid to fail. We have the scope and capabilities of a large company, and the spirit and heart of a small one.
Together, Amazonians research and develop new technologies from Amazon Web Services to Alexa on behalf of our customers: shoppers, sellers, content creators, and developers around the world.
Our mission is to be Earth's most customer-centric company. Our actions, goals, projects, programs, and inventions begin and end with the customer top of mind.
You'll also hear us say that at Amazon, it's always "Day 1." What do we mean? That our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon's very first day - to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and focus on delighting our customers.
