We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Full Life Cycle Recruiter with strong FPGA industry acumen to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent to support our expanding FPGA business. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business objectives and workforce needs.
Develop and refine job descriptions tailored to highly specialized FPGA-related roles.
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, industry events, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FPGA talent for both current and future hiring needs.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Drive efficient and timely hiring decisions while maintaining high-quality standards.
Candidate Experience
Ensure a seamless, engaging, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s culture and values.
Systems & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
Employer Branding & Events
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry meetups.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility within the FPGA talent market.
Compliance & Process Improvement
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within semiconductor, FPGA, or related technical domains.
Strong understanding of FPGA technologies, engineering roles, and market talent landscape
Demonstrated ability to source and engage niche technical talent
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Ability to work in or overlap with EMEA (Europe, Isreal) time zones to effectively support regional stakeholders and candidates.
