
Full-Desk Recruiting Intern – Sales & Talent Acquisition (Part-Time, Remote)
Location: US-based, but 100% remote is acceptable.
Commission/Bonus potential: $10K-$20K average per year
Experience: 0–2 years of recruiting experience
Hours: 40–80 hours/month (flexible, especially during school semesters)
About the Role
Are you driven by results, people, and uncapped earnings? Scout Solutions is hiring a Full-Desk Recruiting Intern to help us build relationships with both clients and candidates across a variety of industries, including technology, operations, and business services. You’ll own both sides of the recruiting desk—sales and sourcing—while gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
This is a remote, part-time internship with high learning potential and room to grow. You’ll work closely with our recruiting team to develop new business, fill open roles, and deliver great results.
