ValMed Careers is looking for a driven, full-desk recruiter to join our growing team.

For over 20 years, we've been the go-to search partner for medical device and life sciences companies — placing sales, clinical, and marketing talent for everyone from scrappy startups to global leaders. Now we're modernizing, expanding, and building out a real team for the first time. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with us.

What you'll own:

• A full desk — from business development through offer negotiation
• Deep, established MedTech relationships to work with from day one
• The freedom to run your desk your way, with real support when you need it

What you'll earn:

• 100% commission, completely uncapped — your production sets your ceiling, and your rate goes up the more you produce
• A monthly draw to keep cash flowing while you build your pipeline
• A tech stipend + company-covered recruiting tools/licenses — we invest in your setup
• W-2 employment with a boutique firm that still moves like a startup
• Prove yourself in year one, with a path to more predictable income (plus strong upside) going forward

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience or strong MedTech/life sciences sales experience
• A proven track record working remotely from a home office
• Tech-savvy, with real LinkedIn fluency (recruiting tools or active social selling)
• A self-starter who thrives on autonomy, high-volume outreach, and performance-based pay
