Your Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, i.e. also known as 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll build your “own business within our business" by creating a network of clients and filling their job vacancies with your network of freelancers.

  • Client and Candidate Management: Maintain close connections with managers and build a network of candidates to meet their specific requirements.
  • New Business Development: Independently acquire new clients and candidates by phone.
  • Deal Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate deals to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
  • Primary Contact: Be the go-to person for your candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.

What You Bring

  • Motivation and Ambition: Thrive in a team-oriented environment focused on results.
  • Experience: Sales experience is a plus but not required. Experience in HORECA/hospitality, sales, recruitment, or a similarly fast-paced environment is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Language Skills: Fluency in either German and English or Dutch and English (C1-C2 level) is a very big plus, if not, prior sales/BD/account management/recruitment + almost native English is required.
  • Location You should reside in or around Amsterdam or have concrete plans to relocate
