As a Full Cycle Recruiter & Hub Coordinator you will be responsible for leading the full talent acquisition lifecycle for high-volume retail positions across Bosch's Power Tools, Home Comfort, and Automotive Accessories businesses.

This role goes beyond recruitment. You will act as the primary point of contact for Hiring Managers and business stakeholders, owning the end-to-end hiring process from requisition intake through onboarding readiness. You will be responsible for recruitment execution, stakeholder management, reporting, preboarding coordination, hiring administration, documentation tracking, and new hire readiness.

Main Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume retail, field sales, promoter, merchandising, and commercial positions.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, attract, assess, and present qualified candidates within established timelines.
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the interview process with stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining service quality and speed of execution.
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines to support ongoing business growth.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main Talent Acquisition contact for Power Tools, Home Comfort, and Automotive Accessories business units.
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate intake meetings, business reviews, and hiring follow-up sessions.
  • Provide recruitment market insights and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
  • Anticipate hiring risks and implement mitigation actions to ensure business continuity.

Preboarding & Hiring Administration

  • Coordinate all preboarding activities to ensure candidate readiness before the start date.
  • Request, collect, validate, and track required hiring documentation.
  • Manage hiring documentation processes in compliance with company requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of candidate files and onboarding prerequisites.
  • Create and monitor onboarding and hiring tickets according to internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with HR, onboarding teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to support smooth employee onboarding.
  • Follow up on pending documentation and resolve issues that could impact hiring timelines.

Reporting & Operational Excellence

  • Own recruitment reporting and provide regular updates to business stakeholders.
  • Track key recruiting metrics, including Time to Fill, Time to Hire, pipeline conversion, and hiring progress.
  • Generate dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries for Hiring Managers and leadership teams.
  • Monitor recruitment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy across ATS and reporting tools.
  • Drive process improvements focused on efficiency, service quality, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, and Staffing.
  • Experience recruiting high-volume positions in retail, consumer goods, field sales, staffing, trade marketing, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment processes from requisition approval through onboarding readiness.
  • Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and business leaders.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience creating recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • English level, intermediate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting Promoters, Retail Sales Representatives, Merchandisers or Field Teams.
  • Experience supporting Power Tools, Consumer Goods, Retail, Trade Marketing, or Commercial organizations.
  • Knowledge of hiring administration, onboarding processes, and documentation management.
  • Experience working in RPO, staffing agencies, recruitment operations, or shared service environments.
