Full-Cycle Recruiter — ABA Therapy Company

LBAPS, a growing ABA therapy company, is looking for a driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to help us build out our teams of Paraprofessionals, RBTs, BCBAs, and office staff. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who takes initiative — you'll be sourcing candidates, not just waiting for them to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and administrative roles (Paras, RBTs, BCBAs, office staff)
• Source and post openings across all major platforms: Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and referral communities
• Actively hunt for qualified candidates through direct outreach and networking
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interview scheduling with management
• Build a reliable talent pipeline of Paraprofessionals across all company locations

What You Bring

• Recruiting experience (ABA industry background strongly preferred)
• Comfort and confidence sourcing across multiple recruiting platforms
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to move quickly
• Strong phone communication skills and high-volume screening experience
