The Opportunity
We are hiring Senior Full-Cycle Recruiters with 5–25 years of experience in direct hire recruiting, specifically within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
You will:
Develop your own territory and niche
Build and manage client relationships
Run full-cycle recruitment (BD → intake → delivery → placement)
Leverage Luxus systems, training, and support to scale your desk

What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development
Build and expand relationships with AEC firms in your territory
Generate and manage job requisitions
Position Luxus Group as a strategic hiring partner
Account Management
Own client relationships end-to-end
Provide consultative hiring guidance
Manage expectations, timelines, and delivery
Recruitment Delivery
Source, qualify, and place top AEC talent
Manage candidate pipelines and interview processes
Close placements and drive repeat business
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
This role is designed for experienced recruiters who understand activity drives revenue. KPIs are benchmarks to support consistency and growth—not micromanagement.
Daily KPIs
40–80 outbound touches (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
10–20 live conversations with clients and/or candidates
2–5 candidate submittals to active job orders
1–3 new job order or client development conversations
CRM updates and pipeline management (real-time)
Weekly KPIs
200–400 total outbound business development + recruiting activities
10–20 qualified candidate submittals
5–10 client meetings (intake calls, BD calls, or account reviews)
2–5 new job orders generated
3–8 candidate interviews scheduled with clients
1–3 offers extended or in process
Monthly KPIs
8–15+ job orders generated
30–60+ candidate submittals
15–30 client interviews facilitated
3–6+ placements (depending on deal size and cycle time)
Consistent pipeline coverage:
3x–5x pipeline vs. monthly income goal

Maintain consistent activity across both BD and recruiting

40% – 70% of revenue generated

Realistic Income Potential
