At FlyAkeed, we leverage technology to transform corporate travel management. Our Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless travel booking, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction by managing reservations, travel requests, and operational processes through our proprietary platform.

The Fulfilment Senior Specialist is responsible for ensuring successful completion of travel requests after booking confirmation, delivering a smooth travel experience and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage travel fulfillment activities for flights, hotels, and related services.
• Ensure timely issuance of tickets, confirmations, and travel documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Handle booking amendments, cancellations, refunds, and reissues.
• Monitor fulfillment performance and service quality metrics.
• Resolve operational issues and escalations efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and travel policies.
• Support junior team members and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in travel fulfillment or travel operations.
• Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
