Customer Fulfilment is essential in making IKEA a truly omnichannel retailer. You help create a seamless shopping experience for the many people by ensuring that products are available, handled with care, and delivered with great quality across all touchpoints. You contribute to an end‑to‑end, process‑oriented organization that works across functions to achieve strong business results together with our partners.

JOB TYPE – Hourly
HOURS 34-40 hours per week. 7 a.m. to 11 pm
SHIFTS – 5 days per week, 3 full weekends a month.
PAY - pay range for this role is between $25.06 - 35.40
The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 8/27/2026
The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 25.06 USD to 35.4 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
