A day in your life with us

Your daily responsibilities:

• You efficiently carry out core and support processes within your area of responsibility, using the available systems and tools.
• You contribute to ensuring optimal product availability by accurately and timely performing the operations within your area of responsibility.
• You follow IKEA rules and requirements related to health, safety and security and actively contribute to preventing incidents.
• You contribute to optimizing daily operations within Fulfilment Operations, working in a simple, efficient and cost-conscious way and sharing best practices.
• You inspect the equipment at the beginning and end of your shift and promptly report any defects identified.
• You follow the rules regarding transit areas and securing goods and ensure that rack protection systems and shelving are properly maintained.
• You maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment and comply with the IKEA Code of Conduct, internal regulations, local legislation and standard operating procedures.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• You hold a valid ISCIR authorization to operate front and side-loading forklift trucks/electric forklifts.
• You have intermediate digital skills and basic computer knowledge.
• You communicate clearly and concisely and have good interpersonal skills.
• You know how to prioritize and organize your work, manage your time effectively and stay focused on achieving your goals.
• You are available to work different shifts and weekends, depending on the department’s operational needs and the schedule established and communicated by your direct manager.
