Who you are

• You are interested in home furnishing, people’s life at home, and the IKEA product range, and you have a passion for developing people and talent.
• You have good knowledge of IKEA processes (retail and logistics processes), tools, and working methods, leading to excellent operations.
• You have a good understanding of customers’ needs, demands, and expectations in the local market.
• You have good knowledge and understanding of KPIs used as success measures for your function.
• You have good knowledge of relevant IKEA systems, solutions, and tools.
• You have good knowledge of the IKEA Concept, the IKEA Brand Identity, and the IKEA Culture & Values.
• You have the ability to build trustful relationships across the organization.
• You have good communication and influencing skills, along with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are a plus).
• You have the ability to make things happen with flexibility, speed, and simplicity.
• You have strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a structured way.
• You have proven analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify and address required actions.

Your responsibilities

• Enable efficient operations by supporting supply integration, cooperating with supply chain partners, and securing correct unit replenishment.
• Enable preconditions, secure availability, and ensure efficient execution of replenishment and customer order fulfilment processes in the fulfilment unit.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of commercial activation at local, country, and global levels.
• Contribute to operational forecasting in cooperation with commercial partners by proactively monitoring deviations and ensuring high-quality forecasts.
• Contribute to securing correct range management in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking necessary actions.
• Contribute to securing accurate stock levels in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking necessary actions.
• Contribute to securing an optimal stock structure by reducing avoidable stock, ensuring healthy capacity utilization and low costs.
