You’ll also help our customers select product offerings and submit their orders, while ensuring a seamless and positive pick-up experience for all. What will I do?

• Be comfortable utilizing technology to fulfill customer orders and communicate through various platforms to select products that meet preferences and substitutions
• Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders and stage them in fulfillment area and process payments if necessary
• Help our customers by providing incredible service, answering questions about product offerings, providing solutions/suggestion and submitting orders for the customer
• Properly bag and store items to ensure products arrive at their destination in the best condition
• Help to maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked workspace

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-Oriented
• Familiarity and comfortability with technology (web, mobile, etc.)
