New York Wine & Spirits Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking detail-oriented, dependable individuals to support order-fulfillment operations at our Wine & Spirits warehouse.

How You Will Contribute

Market / Operational Execution

• Accurately pick and build customer orders, including both full case and single bottle fulfillment.
• Ensure all orders are prepared according to company standards for accuracy, quality, and presentation.
• Utilize warehouse systems, scanners, and technology to support order picking and inventory tracking.
• Maintain productivity standards and meet daily fulfillment targets in a fast-paced environment.

Customer & Account Support

• Ensure high order accuracy to support customer satisfaction and service levels.
• Handle products carefully to maintain quality and minimize breakage or damage.
• Support retail and account-specific order requirements, including mixed case and bottle-level fulfillment.

Team & Operational Support

• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Communicate issues, inventory discrepancies, or process concerns to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and accuracy in fulfillment processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented fulfillment environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic comfort using warehouse systems, handheld scanners, or technology (training provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Physical & Schedule Expectations

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to handle both case-level and bottle-level picking.
• Work performed in a warehouse environment with varying conditions.
• Availability to work assigned shifts, including nights as needed.

The typical compensation for this role is $23.00 per hour, plus applicable shift differential for night schedules.
