Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Onsite in Rocky Hill, CT (Must be local to this area no relo no remote will be onsite)

Rate: $16.50 hr.

Category: Mailroom/Fulfillment

Please note this role is 3 days per week Wed, Thurs., Friday for 24 hours total each week. Ideally 12-8PM ET but flexible on start and end time.

Our client, a Global Financial Services company is seeking a detail oriented Fulfillment Specialist.

Responsibilities:

The Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for assembling payroll packages, maintaining delivery accuracy, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assemble payroll packages based on client numbers, ensuring they are prepared for timely delivery.
• Complete package confirmations and checklists to accurately track package flow and location.
• Adhere to all security and audit procedures to safeguard client information.
• Record and escalate issues to the appropriate teams to resolve missing or incorrect output.
• Maintain and clean distribution equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Stage packaging supplies to keep the production process efficient and prepared.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong multitasking ability while maintaining quality and integrity.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
